- Delivery Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after purchase confirmation. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped and delivered within an estimated 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors.
- Shipping Method: We work with a trusted shipping partner to deliver your products directly to your door. This ensures that your items arrive safely and within the estimated timeframe.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and will be displayed during checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over the equivalent of $300,000 COP for domestic shipments within Colombia or promotional free shipping when applicable.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor the status and real-time location of your shipment.
- Address Changes: If you need to update your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
- International Shipping: We currently offer shipping throughout the United States and international shipping upon request. For international delivery quotes, please contact our customer support team.
- Claims and Returns: If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order—such as delays, damage, or missing items—please contact us within 6 days from the estimated delivery date. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
- Shipping Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Refund Policy
At KIANDRY, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes items may not fit perfectly or meet your expectations. Below, you will find our return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
1. Exchanges for Available Items and Sizes:
We do not offer money refunds, but we are happy to help you exchange any item for another product of the same value or for a different size if available in our inventory. This applies within 6 business days from the estimated delivery date of your order.
2. Exchange Conditions:
1. The item must not have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

- The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and protective packaging intact.
- The product must be in resellable condition and show no signs of wear.
- Exchange Process:
- Contact us within 6 business days from the estimated delivery date to request an exchange. Send the item back (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility). Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our exchange conditions, we will process the exchange for the desired item or size. If the selected item has a different price, you may pay the additional amount or receive store credit for the difference.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs associated with returning the product and shipping the exchanged item are the customer’s responsibility. However, if the exchange is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong size), we will cover the shipping costs.
- Sale Items: Items on sale, promotion, or clearance are not eligible for exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make the necessary arrangements to resolve the issue.
