Refund Policy

  1. Exchanges for Available Items and Sizes: We do not offer money refunds, but we are happy to help you exchange any item for another garment of equal value or for a different size, if available in our inventory. This applies within 6 business days from the estimated delivery date of your order.
  2. Exchange Conditions:
    • The garment must not have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
    • The garment must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and protective packaging intact.
    • The item must be in resellable condition and must not show visible signs of wear.
  3. Exchange Process:
    • Contact us within 6 business days from the estimated delivery date to request an exchange. Send the item (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility). Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
    • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our exchange conditions, we will process the exchange for the desired garment or size. If the selected item has a different value, you may pay the difference or receive store credit.
  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs associated with returning the product and sending the exchanged item are the customer’s responsibility. However, if the exchange is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong size), we will cover the shipping costs.
  5. Items on Promotion: Items on sale, promotion, or clearance are not eligible for exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
