Refund policy

FREE returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery (orders shipped within the United States).

Exchanges: Need a different size or color? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will send you a free prepaid return label. Once we receive your item, we will ship the new size or color at no extra cost (subject to availability).

Returns: If you prefer to return your item, we will also send you a free prepaid return label. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive store credit for the full price of the item, valid on any product at kiandry.com. Returns are issued as store credit only; we do not refund to the original payment method, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Conditions: Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at your choice.

How to start a return or exchange: Email tiendakiandry@gmail.com or call/text +1 934-210-6172 with your order number and the size or color you want. We will reply with your free return label.

CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES (ESPAÑOL)

Cambios y devoluciones GRATIS dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la entrega (pedidos enviados dentro de EE.UU.).

Cambios: si necesitas otra talla o color, escríbenos y te enviamos una etiqueta de devolución prepagada gratis. Al recibir tu prenda, te enviamos la nueva talla o color sin costo (según disponibilidad).

Devoluciones: también con etiqueta gratis; recibirás crédito en la tienda por el precio completo del artículo.

Las prendas deben estar sin usar, sin lavar y con sus etiquetas. El costo del envío original no es reembolsable.

Artículos dañados, defectuosos o equivocados: escríbenos con una foto dentro de 7 días y te enviamos un reemplazo o te reembolsamos al método de pago original.
